Abstract

The subject of this section is the budget - a plan expressed in financial terms - and why it is important for your activity and the organization. An organization uses budgets in different ways as part of its systems planning, information, performance measurement and control. The impact of budgets in these systems is important. In this section we will see how budgets acquire meanings if are interpreted in terms of organizational objectives, culture management and staff. This section seeks to convince you that budgets mean something more than money.
