Abstract

В данной статье рассматриваются правовые основы корпоративного управления в РеспубликеУзбекистан. Проанализированы ключевые нормативно-правовые акты, регулирующие деятельность акционерныхобществ и других корпоративных структур, а также раскрыты принципы, механизмы и институты корпоративногоуправления. Особое внимание уделено вопросам защиты прав акционеров, роли наблюдательных советов,прозрачности и подотчётности корпоративных органов. В статье также оцениваются современные реформы инаправления совершенствования законодательства в данной сфере с учётом международного опыта. Сделанвывод о необходимости дальнейшего укрепления правовой базы корпоративного управления для повышенияинвестиционной привлекательности и конкурентоспособности экономики страны.
