Abstract

Mazkur maqolada Yangi O‘zbekiston sharoitida xalqaro moliya institutlari bilan hamkorlikning milliyiqtisodiyotga ta’siri ilmiy tahlil qilinadi. “Yangi O‘zbekiston” konsepsiyasi ochiq iqtisodiyot, bozor mexanizmlari va davlatboshqaruvini modernizatsiya qilishga qaratilgan tizimli islohotlarni ifodalaydi. Xalqaro moliya institutlari bilan hamkorlikmoliyaviy resurslarni jalb qilish va makroiqtisodiy barqarorlikni ta’minlashning muhim omili hisoblanadi. Maqoladainvestitsion kreditlash, grant dasturlari, texnik yordam va siyosiy-maslahat ko‘magi asosiy yo‘nalishlar sifatida ko‘ribchiqiladi. Energetika, transport, bank tizimi, ta’lim, sog‘liqni saqlash va ekologiya sohalaridagi loyihalarning iqtisodiysamaradorligi alohida tahlil qilinadi. Shu bilan birga, tashqi qarzning o‘sishi va institutsional muammolar dolzarb masalabo‘lib qolmoqda. Maqola yakunida hamkorlikni takomillashtirish, grantlar ulushini oshirish va yashil hamda raqamlimoliyaga ustuvorlik berish bo‘yicha ilmiy-amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqiladi
