Интеграция Центральной Азии: Возможности И Угрозы В Контексте Новой Региональной Архитектуры

Abstract

Статья посвящена комплексному анализу процессов региональной интеграции в ЦентральнойАзии, переживающих ренессанс после длительного периода стагнации. Опираясь на теоретические концептынового регионализма и постгегемонистского порядка, автор исследует трансформацию региона от пространствафрагментации к формированию субъектности. В работе систематизированы ключевые возможности(экономический синергизм, укрепление переговорной позиции, решение водно-энергетической дилеммы) иугрозы (асимметрия развития, внешнее геополитическое соперничество, нестабильность в Афганистане)интеграционного процесса. Эмпирическую базу составляют статистические данные о торговле, инвестициях, атакже анализ институциональных изменений формата «C5», включая трансформацию в «Центрально-Азиатскоесообщество» (2025 г.). Делается вывод о формировании гибридной модели «прагматического регионализма»,устойчивость которой зависит от способности сохранить динамику институционализации в условиях внешнегодавления.
