Abstract

Mazkur maqolada O‘zbekistonda yoshlar ishsizligining mavjud holati, uning shakllanishiga ta’sir ko‘rsatadiganasosiy omillar, xususan, demografik o‘sish, ta’lim tizimi va mehnat bozori o‘rtasidagi nomuvofiqlik, hududlar bo‘yichaiqtisodiy rivojlanish darajasidagi farqlar, yoshlarning kasbiy ko‘nikmalari va tajribasining yetishmasligi kabi jihatlar chuqurtahlil qilingan. Maqolada muammoni bartaraf etish uchun ta’lim tizimini modernizatsiya qilish, dual ta’limni keng joriyetish, yoshlarni startap va tadbirkorlik faoliyatiga keng jalb qilish, hududlarda sanoat va xizmat ko‘rsatish infratuzilmasinirivojlantirish kabi takliflar berilgan. Tadqiqot natijalariga ko‘ra, yoshlar ishsizligini kamaytirish barqaror iqtisodiy o‘sish vaijtimoiy farovonlikka erishishda muhim omil ekanligi asoslab berilgan
