Abstract

В статье раскрыта сущность электронной коммерции как современного видаэкономической деятельности в сфере услуг, основанного на широком использовании информационныхтехнологий и сетевых форм организации бизнеса. Выявлены ключевые тенденции развитияинформационного сервиса в электронной экономике, систематизированы факторы его развития ипредложена классификация информационных услуг. Обоснован синергетический подход к управлениюсервисными процессами электронного бизнеса, направленный на повышение эффективностиинформационно-сервисной деятельности
