Abstract

Tijorat banklari tomonidan jismoniy shaxslarga ko‘rsatilayotgan chakana xizmatlar ko‘laminikengaytirish, zamonaviy xizmatlar ko‘rsatish sifatini oshirish hamda mijozlarning bank xizmatlaridan mamnunlikdarajasini oshirish muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi. O‘zbekistonda aholi farovonligini oshirish, tadbirkorliknirivojlantirish, aholi bandligini ta’minlash va kambag‘allikni qisqartirish, shu bilan birga, manzilli ijtimoiy himoyamasalalari bevosita aholi yashash joylarida, mahallalarda ko‘rib chiqilmoqda. Ushbu maqolada jismoniyshaxslarga ko‘rsatilayotgan chakana xizmatlarni takomillashtirish, xususan, aholiga ajratilayotgan kreditlartahlil qilinadi.
