Abstract

HEMIS axborot tizimi bilan integratsiyalashgan inklyuziv raqamli ta’lim platformasiningiqtisodiy samaradorligini investitsiya qaytimi (ROI) va masshtab samarasi asosida baholash metodologiyasitaqdim etilgan. Platformani ishlab chiqish va dastlabki joriy etish xarajatlari 250 000 000 so‘mni tashkil etgansharoitda foydalanuvchilar soni 500 nafardan 48 226 nafargacha oshgani sari bir foydalanuvchiga to‘g‘rikeladigan xarajat 500 000 so‘mdan 5 184 so‘mgacha kamaygani aniqlangan. Hisob-kitoblar natijasida sofiqtisodiy samara 23,613 mlrd so‘mni, investitsiya qaytimi (ROI) esa 9 445,2 foizni tashkil etgan. Olingannatijalar raqamli ta’lim platformalarida masshtab samarasi mavjudligini hamda inklyuziv xizmatlarni HEMISbilan integratsiyalashgan holda joriy etishning yuqori iqtisodiy samaradorligini tasdiqlaydi
