Abstract

Mazkur tezisda sug‘urta xizmatlari bozorini boshqarishga oid ilmiy yondashuvlarning tarixiyevolyutsiyasi tahlil qilingan. Sug‘urta bozorini boshqarishning klassik, aktuar, institutsional, tizimli va riskkaasoslangan yondashuvlari mazmuni yoritilib, ularning rivojlanish bosqichlari ko‘rib chiqilgan. Shuningdek,xalqaro sug‘urta nazoratida qoidalarga asoslangan tartibga solishdan tamoyillarga va riskka asoslangan nazoratmodeliga o‘tish jarayonlari, IAIS standartlari hamda ComFrame konsepsiyasining ahamiyati tahlil qilingan.Tadqiqot natijasida sug‘urta xizmatlari bozorini samarali boshqarishda moliyaviy barqarorlik, institutsionalmuhit, risklarni boshqarish, raqamlashtirish va zamonaviy tartibga solish mexanizmlarini kompleks qo‘llashzarurligi asoslangan.
