Abstract

Mazkur tezisda O‘zbekiston Respublikasida iqlim o‘zgarishiga moslashish va «yashil»iqtisodiyotni rivojlantirish jarayonida O‘zbekiston Respublikasi Oliy Majlisining huquqiy hamda institutsionalfaoliyati tahlil qilingan. Unda mamlakatda «yashil» iqtisodiyotga o‘tish sohasida qabul qilingan asosiy normativhuquqiyhujjatlar, parlament tomonidan amalga oshirilayotgan qonun ijodkorligi faoliyati, parlament nazoratimexanizmlari va xalqaro parlamentlararo hamkorlik yo‘nalishlari yoritilgan. Shuningdek, xorijiy tajriba asosidaparlamentning ekologik siyosatni shakllantirish va uning ijrosini ta’minlashdagi o‘rni baholangan.
