Abstract

Ushbu maqolada barqaror rivojlanish maqsadlarini amalga oshirishda parlamentnazoratini takomillashtirish masalalari yoritilgan. Parlament nazoratining davlat hokimiyati organlari faoliyatinimuvofiqlashtirish, davlat dasturlarining ijrosini monitoring qilish, davlat byudjeti mablag‘laridan samaralifoydalanilishini ta’minlash va fuqarolar manfaatlarini himoya qilishdagi o‘rni tahlil qilingan. BMT tomonidan qabulqilingan 2030-yilgacha barqaror rivojlanish kun tartibi, Parlamentlararo Ittifoq tavsiyalari, Iqtisodiy hamkorlik vataraqqiyot tashkiloti hamda Birlashgan Millatlar Tashkiloti Taraqqiyot dasturining ilmiy yondashuvlari o‘rganilgan.
