Abstract

Mazkur maqolada Birlashgan Millatlar Tashkilotining 2030-yilgacha bo‘lganBarqaror rivojlanish kun tartibida belgilangan Barqaror rivojlanish maqsadlarini milliy darajada amalgaoshirishning nazariy, institutsional va amaliy jihatlari O‘zbekiston misolida tadqiq etilgan. Barqarorrivojlanish maqsadlarini milliy strategik rejalashtirish tizimiga integratsiya qilish, ularning amalgaoshirilishini muvofiqlashtirish, moliyalashtirish va statistik monitoring qilish mexanizmlari tahlil qilingan.O‘zbekistonda 16 ta milliy Barqaror rivojlanish maqsadi va ular bilan bog‘liq 125 ta vazifa shakllantirilgani,statistik monitoring tizimi bosqichma-bosqich takomillashtirilayotgani ko‘rsatib berilgan. Tadqiqotdatizimli, qiyosiy, institutsional va statistik tahlil usullaridan foydalanilgan. Natijalar Barqaror rivojlanishmaqsadlarini “O‘zbekiston — 2030” strategiyasi, davlat dasturlari, budjet rejalashtirish va hududiyrivojlanish mexanizmlari bilan o‘zaro uyg‘unlashtirish ularning samaradorligini oshirishini ko‘rsatadi. Milliyindikatorlar monitoringini raqamlashtirish, hududiy ma’lumotlarni kengaytirish, xususiy sektor va ilmiymuassasalar ishtirokini kuchaytirish hamda maqsadlararo integratsiyani takomillashtirish bo‘yicha ilmiyamaliytakliflar ishlab chiqilgan.
