Abstract

Ushbu tezisda loyihalarni amalga oshirish jarayonida yuzaga keladigan risklarniboshqarishning zamonaviy usullari va ularning loyiha samaradorligini ta’minlashdagi ahamiyati yoritilgan.Zamonaviy loyihalarda iqtisodiy, moliyaviy, texnologik, tashkiliy va tashqi muhit bilan bog‘liq noaniqliklarningmavjudligi risklarni oldindan aniqlash va baholashni talab etadi. Tadqiqotda loyiha risklarini identifikatsiya qilish,ularning ehtimoli va ta’sirini baholash, ustuvor risklarni aniqlash, monitoring qilish hamda ularga javob choralariniishlab chiqish masalalari ko‘rib chiqilgan. Shuningdek, xalqaro standartlar, ma’lumotlarga asoslangan tahlil,ssenariyli yondashuv va uzluksiz monitoringning loyiha risklarini boshqarishdagi ahamiyati asoslangan.
