Новый Этап Инвестиционной Политики Республики Узбекистан: Институциональные Реформы И Трансформация Рынка Капитала

Abstract

В тезисе рассматривается новый этап инвестиционной политики РеспубликиУзбекистан, характеризующийся усилением внимания к развитию институциональной инфраструктурырынка капитала. Цель исследования заключается в анализе ключевых реформ 2021–2026 годов иоценке их влияния на трансформацию фондового рынка. Использованы методы сравнительно-институционального и статистического анализа. Установлено, что рост инвестиционной активностив реальном секторе пока не сопровождается сопоставимым развитием внутреннего рынка капитала.В первом полугодии 2026 года оборот биржи «Тошкент» снизился на 42,2 %. В качестве ключевыхинституциональных изменений выделены создание Ташкентского международного финансовогоцентра и реализация программы IPO/SPO крупных предприятий с государственным участием. Сделанвывод о необходимости дальнейшего развития институциональных инвесторов и механизмов долевогофинансирования.
