Abstract

Mazkur tezisda korxonalarda investitsiya loyihalarini moliyalashtirish mexanizmlarinitakomillashtirish masalalari «Damira Beverages» MChJ misolida tahlil qilingan. Loyihaning umumiy qiymati,moliyalashtirish qoldig‘i, yillik va yarim yillik prognoz ko‘rsatkichlari hamda amalda o‘zlashtirilgan xorijiyinvestitsiyalar hajmi baholangan. Tahlil natijalari investitsiya mablag‘larini o‘zlashtirish sur’ati yuqori bo‘lganini,biroq reja va amaldagi ko‘rsatkichlar o‘rtasida sezilarli tafovut mavjudligini ko‘rsatgan. Investitsiya loyihalarinimoliyalashtirish samaradorligini oshirish maqsadida moliyalashtirish manbalarini diversifikatsiya qilish, mablag‘ajratishni loyiha bosqichlariga bog‘lash, valyuta va moliyaviy risklarni boshqarish hamda raqamli monitoringtizimini joriy etish bo‘yicha takliflar ishlab chiqilgan.
