Abstract

Ushbu tezis havo transportida yuk tashish bozorida kichik tadbirkorlik subyektlari faoliyatyuritishi mumkin bo‘lgan uchta asosiy tashkiliy-huquqiy shaklni — General Sales Agent (GSA), General Sales andService Agent (GSSA) hamda transport-ekspeditorlik kompaniyalarini institutsional-huquqiy jihatdan qiyosiy tahlilqiladi. IATA Cargo Agency Program hujjatlari, FIATA Freight Forwarding Services Model Rules (2019-yil tahriri),O‘zbekiston Respublikasining 1996-yil 29-avgustda qabul qilingan Fuqarolik kodeksi (ikkinchi qism) 40-bobi [8]hamda O‘zbekiston Respublikasining 2021-yil 9-avgustdagi O‘RQ-706-son “Transport to‘g‘risida”gi Qonuni [9]asosida uch modelning huquqiy maqomi, javobgarlik chegaralari, daromad tuzilishi va bozorga kirish to‘siqlariko‘rib chiqiladi. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, O‘zbekiston sharoitida transport-ekspeditorlik modeli kichiktadbirkorlik uchun nisbatan past kirish to‘sig‘iga ega, GSSA modeli esa o‘rta muddatli istiqbolda eng yuqori o‘sishsalohiyatiga ega
