Abstract

Ushbu maqolada Markaziy bankning yumshoq pul-kredit siyosati real sektor investitsion faolligi vamakroiqtisodiy barqarorlikka ta’siri tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotning maqsadi — arzon kreditlarning YAIM o‘sishidagirolini baholash va transmissiya mexanizmidagi tizimli to‘siqlarni aniqlashdan iborat. Maqolada past foizlikreditlashning iqtisodiy o‘sishga ta’siri bilan birga, inflatsion bosim hamda bank tizimi barqarorligiga xatarlari hamo‘rganilgan. Ekspansionar siyosat fonida iqtisodiy o‘sish va narxlar barqarorligi o‘rtasidagi optimal muvozanatnitopish masalalariga urg‘u berilgan. Yakunda foiz siyosati samaradorligini oshirish va mamlakatning investitsionjozibadorligini kuchaytirishga qaratilgan amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan
