Yashil Iqtisodiyot Va Barqaror Rivojlanish Indikatorlarini Monitoring Qilish Axborot Tizimi

Abstract

Ushbu maqolada yashil iqtisodiyot konsepsiyasining nazariy asoslari, uning jahon iqtisodiy tafakkuridatutgan o‘rni hamda O‘zbekistonda barqaror rivojlanish ko‘rsatkichlarini monitoring qiluvchi zamonaviy axborot tiziminiyaratish zarurati keng ko‘lamda tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot O‘zbekiston Respublikasi Statistika qo‘mitasining 2021–2024-yillargaoid rasmiy ma’lumotlari asosida olib borilib, qayta tiklanadigan energiya quvvati, yashil investitsiyalar hajmi, CO₂emissiyasi intensivligi va o‘rmon qoplami dinamikasi o‘rganildi.Maqolada monitoring axborot tizimining tarkibiy modeli ilmiy asosda taklif etilgan bo‘lib, uning mavjud institutsionaltuzilma bilan muvofiqligi hamda milliy barqaror rivojlanish maqsadlariga erishishdagi roli baholangan. Xalqaro tajriba —xususan, Janubiy Koreya va Germaniyaning yashil monitoring tizimlari — O‘zbekiston sharoiti bilan qiyosiy tahlil qilindi.Tadqiqot natijalari mamlakatda yashil o‘tish sur’atlari ijobiy yo‘nalishda ekanligini tasdiqlaydi. Shu bilan birga, monitoringmexanizmlarining idoralararo integratsiyasini kuchaytirish, real vaqt rejimidagi ma’lumotlar almashinuvi imkoniyatlarinikengaytirish hamda ochiq ma’lumotlar platformalarini rivojlantirish zarurligi aniqlangan.
