Abstract

Mazkur maqolada O‘zbekiston turizm sohasida xizmatlar sifatini oshirishda raqamli platformalardanfoydalanishning dolzarb masalalari hamda xorijiy tajribani qo‘llash imkoniyatlari tahlil etiladi. Xususan, “UzGo Travel”loyihasining iqtisodiy, ijtimoiy va innovatsion jihatlari ilmiy asosda o‘rganilgan. Tadqiqot davomida turizm xizmatlariniyagona raqamli tizimga integratsiya qilish, xizmat ko‘rsatish samaradorligini oshirish, yangi ish o‘rinlari yaratish va yashiriniqtisodiyotni qisqartirish kabi muhim yo‘nalishlar yoritilgan. Shuningdek, rivojlangan davlatlar tajribasi asosida milliy turizmplatformalarini takomillashtirish bo‘yicha takliflar ishlab chiqilgan
