Abstract

В статье анализируются основные школы современного менеджмента — стратегическая, системная,поведенческая, ситуационная и количественная. Рассматриваются теоретические основы данных школ и ихпрактическое применение на примере Узбекистана. Автор уделяет особое внимание интеграции стратегическогопланирования, управления человеческим капиталом и цифровых технологий. Предлагается практическая модельуправления в условиях цифровизации и реформ. В заключение обосновывается актуальность изучения данныхшкол для повышения эффективности организаций в условиях глобальных вызовов. Научная новизна заключаетсяв комплексном сравнительном анализе пяти школ менеджмента в контексте Узбекистана.
