Abstract

В статье рассмотрены инновационные технологии управления в железнодорожнойлогистике и предложена слоистая архитектура умной логистики. Цель — обоснование модели,превращающей железнодорожные перевозки из обособленного вида транспорта в интегрированноезвено мультимодальной цепи. Показано, что ключевая инновация состоит не в отдельном устройстве,а в интеграции данных: «умные» контейнеры, блокчейн-документооборот и цифровые платформысвязывают морской, железнодорожный и автомобильный транспорт в едином окне. По отраслевымданным цифровые платформы сокращают затраты на перевозку до 28 %, порожние пробеги — до 15 %,а таможенное оформление ускоряют на несколько дней
