Abstract

Исследована роль человеческого фактора в обеспечении эффективности государственныхфинансов посредством развития финансовой грамотности населения. Обосновано, что финансовая грамотностьявляется важным фактором формирования ответственного финансового поведения граждан и повышения качествавзаимодействия государства и общества. Проанализировано влияние уровня финансовых знаний населения наналоговую культуру, финансовую инклюзию и участие граждан в бюджетных процессах. На основе современныхнаучных подходов и опыта Республики Узбекистан определены приоритетные направления развития финансовойграмотности. Научная новизна исследования заключается в теоретическом обосновании человеческого фактора каксамостоятельного ресурса повышения эффективности государственных финансов. Сделан вывод о необходимостиинтеграции программ финансового образования в систему государственной финансовой политики.
