Tashkilot Muvaffaqiyatida Xodimlarni Boshqarish Va Kuchli Jamoaning O‘Rni

Abstract

Mazkur maqolada tashkilot muvaffaqiyatini ta’minlashda inson resurslarini samarali boshqarish hamdakuchli jamoani shakllantirishning nazariy va amaliy jihatlari tadqiq etilgan. Zamonaviy boshqaruv sharoitida xodimlartashkilotning eng muhim strategik resursi sifatida e’tirof etilishi, ularning kasbiy salohiyati, motivatsiyasi va jamoaviyhamkorligi korxona faoliyati samaradorligiga bevosita ta’sir ko‘rsatishi ilmiy manbalar asosida tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotdavomida xodimlarni boshqarishning zamonaviy usullari, jumladan, motivatsiya tizimlari, yetakchilik, kasbiy bilim vako‘nikmalarni rivojlantirish, axborot almashinuvini takomillashtirish va korporativ madaniyatni shakllantirish masalalariyoritilgan. Shuningdek, kuchli jamoaning tashkilot maqsadlariga erishishdagi roli, jamoa a’zolari o‘rtasidagi o‘zaro ishonch,hamkorlik va mas’uliyatning mehnat unumdorligini oshirishdagi ahamiyati tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki,xodimlarni samarali boshqarish va jamoaviy ish muhitini yaratish tashkilotning raqobatbardoshligini oshirish, innovatsionrivojlanishni qo‘llab-quvvatlash hamda uzoq muddatli barqaror o‘sishni ta’minlashning muhim omillaridan biri hisoblanadi.
