Abstract

Ish bilan bandlikning ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy mohiyati klassik, neoklassik, keynschilik, institutsionalhamda zamonaviy mehnat bozori nazariyalari asosida tadqiq etilgan. Ish bilan bandlikning iqtisodiy o‘sishnita’minlash, inson kapitalini ro‘yobga chiqarish, aholi daromadlarini shakllantirish, kambag‘allikni qisqartirishva ijtimoiy barqarorlikni mustahkamlashdagi o‘rni yoritilgan. Bandlik shakllari huquqiy rasmiylashtirilishi, ishvaqti, mehnat munosabatlarining davomiyligi, iqtisodiyot tarmoqlari, ish joyining hududiy joylashuvi hamdaraqamli texnologiyalardan foydalanish darajasiga ko‘ra tizimlashtirilgan. To‘liq, samarali va maqbul bandliktushunchalarining o‘zaro farqlari, shuningdek, norasmiy, nostandart, platformaviy, masofaviy hamda o‘zini o‘ziband qilish shakllarining o‘ziga xos xususiyatlari asoslab berilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari asosida inson kapitali,munosib mehnat, ijtimoiy himoya va mehnat unumdorligi mezonlarini o‘zida mujassam etgan takomillashtirilganmualliflik ta’rifi ishlab chiqilgan. Shuningdek, O‘zbekiston Respublikasida bandlik siyosatini takomillashtirishgaqaratilgan ilmiy takliflar va amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.
