Milliy Iqtisodiyotni Sanoatlashuvining Hajmiy Va Sifat O‘Lchamlari O‘Rtasidagi Nomutanosiblik Tahlili

Abstract

Ushbu maqolada milliy iqtisodiyotning sanoatlashuvi hajmiy va sifat o‘lchamlari o‘rtasidaginomutanosiblik 2016–2025-yillar rasmiy statistik ma’lumotlari asosida chuqur tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotdasanoatlashuv darajasi yagona kuzatiladigan ko‘rsatkich emas, balki hajm, tarkib va sifat darajalaridaniborat murakkab, ko‘p o‘lchovli tushuncha sifatida talqin etiladi. Petti–Klark, Kuznets, Kaldor–Verdoornhamda Rodrikning erta deindustrializatsiya nazariyalari O‘zbekiston ma’lumotlari misolida empirik tekshirilib,ishlab chiqarilgan tayyor sanoat mahsulotining yalpi ichki mahsulotdagi ulushi sezilarli oshgani holda uningtexnologik tarkibi yomonlashgani, ya’ni hajmiy va sifat o‘lchamlari qarama-qarshi yo‘nalishda harakatlanishimumkinligi asoslangan. Sanoat o‘sishining metallurgiya tarmog‘i atrofida jamlanishi Herfindahl indeksi orqali,sanoatlashuvning har bir hajm birligiga to‘g‘ri keladigan sifat darajasi esa maxsus diagnostik nisbat orqalibaholangan. Tahlil natijalari asosida sanoat siyosatining maqsad funksiyasini hajmiy ko‘rsatkichlardan sifatko‘rsatkichlariga yo‘naltirish zarurligi uch qatlamli konseptual model doirasida asoslab berilgan.
