Abstract

Ushbu ilmiy maqolada xorijiy investitsiyalarni jalb qilish hamda ularni siyosiy va iqtisodiy risklardanhimoya qilishda sug‘urta tizimining o‘rni tahlil qilinadi. Investitsion muhit barqarorligini ta’minlash, investorlar ishonchinioshirish va milliy iqtisodiyotga xorijiy kapital oqimini jadallashtirishda sug‘urta mexanizmlari muhim ahamiyatga ega.Maqolada xalqaro sug‘urta tajribasi, xususan, Ko‘p tomonlama investitsiyalarni kafolatlash agentligi (MIGA) faoliyatihamda xorijiy investitsiyalarni sug‘urtalashning huquqiy-iqtisodiy asoslari ko‘rib chiqilgan. Shuningdek, O‘zbekistonRespublikasida investitsiyalarni sug‘urtalash bozorining holati va mavjud muammolar tahlil qilinib, sug‘urta tiziminixalqaro andozalar asosida takomillashtirish bo‘yicha amaliy taklif va tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.
