Raqamli Transformatsiya Sharoitida Innovatsion Menejment Tizimlarini Rivojlantirish Mexanizmlari

Abstract

Mazkur ilmiy maqolada raqamli transformatsiya sharoitida innovatsion menejment tizimlarinirivojlantirishning nazariy-uslubiy asoslari va amaliy mexanizmlari kompleks tarzda tadqiq etiladi. Tadqiqotningdolzarbligi global raqamlashtirish jarayonlarining jadallashuvi, korxonalar faoliyatida innovatsion yondashuvlargabo‘lgan ehtiyojning ortishi hamda raqobatbardoshlikni ta’minlashda samarali boshqaruv tizimlarini shakllantirishzarurati bilan izohlanadi. Maqolaning maqsadi – raqamli transformatsiya sharoitida innovatsion menejment tizimlarinitakomillashtirishga xizmat qiluvchi institutsional, tashkiliy-iqtisodiy va texnologik mexanizmlarni aniqlash hamdaularning samaradorligini ilmiy asoslashdan iborat. Maqolaning ilmiy yangiligi innovatsion menejment tizimlariniraqamli muhitda rivojlantirishga qaratilgan integratsiyalashgan konseptual modelni ishlab chiqishda namoyon bo‘ladi.Amaliy ahamiyati esa taklif etilgan mexanizmlarning korxonalarda innovatsion faoliyatni samarali tashkil etish vaboshqarish jarayonlariga joriy etish imkoniyati bilan belgilanadi.
