Abstract

Mazkur maqolada to‘qimachilik sanoatida boshqaruv tizimini rivojlantirishning zamonaviytendensiyalari va strategik yo‘nalishlari tahlil qilingan. Xususan, korxonalarda raqamli boshqaruv texnologiyalari(ERP, MES, SCADA va IoT), klaster boshqaruv modeli, sifat menejmenti tizimlari, resurslardan samaralifoydalanish hamda logistika va eksport boshqaruvini takomillashtirish masalalari yoritilgan. Shuningdek,SWOT tahlili asosida sohaning kuchli va zaif tomonlari, imkoniyatlari hamda rivojlanish istiqbollari baholangan.Tadqiqot natijalari to‘qimachilik korxonalarida raqamli boshqaruv tizimlarini keng joriy etish ishlab chiqarishsamaradorligini oshirish, resurslardan oqilona foydalanish va xalqaro bozorlarda raqobatbardoshliknimustahkamlashning muhim omili ekanligini ko‘rsatadi.
