Abstract

Maqolada korporativ boshqaruvning iqtisodiy mazmuni va uning qurilish korxonalarifaoliyatidagi institutsional ahamiyati nazariy-uslubiy jihatdan tadqiq etilgan. Tadqiqotda korporativ boshqaruvqurilish korxonasining mulkdorlar, menejment, investorlar, buyurtmachilar, davlat institutlari va jamoatchiliko‘rtasidagi iqtisodiy manfaatlarni muvofiqlashtiruvchi tizim sifatida talqin qilingan. Tizimli, institutsional va qiyosiytahlil asosida qurilish sohasida korporativ boshqaruvning shaffoflik, hisobdorlik, shartnomaviy intizom, resurslarsamaradorligi va investitsion ishonchga ta’siri asoslab berilgan
