Abstract

Mazkur maqolada oziq-ovqat sanoati korxonalarida ishlab chiqarish salohiyatini boshqarish va ishlabchiqarish xavfsizligini ta’minlashning nazariy, metodologik hamda amaliy jihatlari tadqiq etilgan. Tadqiqot davomidaishlab chiqarish salohiyatining iqtisodiy mohiyati, uni shakllantiruvchi omillar va boshqaruv mexanizmlari tahlil qilingan.Tadqiqot jarayonida oziq-ovqat sanoati korxonalari faoliyati samaradorligini baholash uchun integral ishlab chiqarishsalohiyati indeksi, ishlab chiqarish xavfsizligi darajasi koeffitsienti, resurslardan foydalanish samaradorligi indeksi hamdaintegratsiyalashgan samaradorlik indeksi taklif etilgan. 2020–2025-yillar davomida oziq-ovqat sanoati tarmog‘ining asosiyiqtisodiy ko‘rsatkichlari tahlil qilinib, ishlab chiqarish salohiyati va xavfsizlik darajasining o‘sishi korxonalar samaradorligigaijobiy ta’sir ko‘rsatishi aniqlangan. Tadqiqot natijalari asosida ishlab chiqarish salohiyatini boshqarish va xavfsizliknita’minlashning integratsiyalashgan mexanizmini joriy etish bo‘yicha ilmiy asoslangan taklif va tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan
