Soliq Qarzdorligini Undirish Tizimini Takomillashtirishda Xalqaro Tajriba Va O‘Zbekiston Amaliyoti

Abstract

Mazkur maqolada soliq qarzdorligini undirish tizimini takomillashtirishning dolzarb masalalari hamdaushbu yo‘nalishda rivojlangan davlatlar tajribasi tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot davomida AQSh, Buyuk Britaniya, Estoniya, JanubiyKoreya va Avstraliya davlatlarida soliq qarzdorligini boshqarish va undirishda qo‘llanilayotgan zamonaviy mexanizmlar qiyosiytahlil qilinib, ularning o‘ziga xos jihatlari yoritilgan. Shuningdek, O‘zbekistonda soliq qarzdorligini undirishning amaldagitizimi baholanib, xalqaro tajribani milliy amaliyotga tatbiq etish imkoniyatlari aniqlangan. Tadqiqotda qiyosiy tahlil, tizimliyondashuv, ilmiy umumlashtirish va mantiqiy tahlil usullaridan foydalanilgan. Tadqiqot natijalariga ko‘ra, soliq qarzdorliginiboshqarishda profilaktik yondashuvlarni kengaytirish, xavfga asoslangan monitoring tizimini takomillashtirish, sun’iy intellektva katta hajmdagi ma’lumotlarni tahlil qilish texnologiyalarini joriy etish, shuningdek, qarzdor soliq to‘lovchilarga nisbatandifferensial yondashuvni qo‘llash soliq ma’muriyatchiligi samaradorligini oshirishga xizmat qilishi asoslab berilgan. Maqoladailgari surilgan taklif va tavsiyalar soliq qarzdorligini qisqartirish, davlat budjeti daromadlari barqarorligini ta’minlash hamdaO‘zbekistonda soliq ma’muriyatchiligini yanada takomillashtirishga xizmat qiladi
