Abstract

Mazkur ishda xizmat ko‘rsatish korxonalari menejmentida axborot texnologiyalaridanfoydalanishning nazariy asoslari tizimli ravishda tahlil qilingan. Xizmat ko‘rsatish sohasida raqamlitransformatsiya jarayonlarining mazmuni, zamonaviy axborot-kommunikatsiya texnologiyalariningboshqaruv faoliyatiga ta’siri hamda korxonalarda boshqaruv qarorlarini qabul qilish samaradorliginioshirishdagi o‘rni yoritilgan. Shuningdek, axborot tizimlari, raqamli platformalar, biznes jarayonlariniavtomatlashtirish, ma’lumotlar bazalarini boshqarish va analitik texnologiyalarning xizmat ko‘rsatishkorxonalarining raqobatbardoshligini ta’minlashdagi ahamiyati ochib berilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari xizmatko‘rsatish korxonalarida zamonaviy menejment tizimini takomillashtirish, boshqaruvning samaradorliginioshirish hamda innovatsion rivojlanishni ta’minlashga qaratilgan ilmiy-uslubiy tavsiyalarni ishlab chiqishuchun nazariy asos bo‘lib xizmat qiladi
