Oliy Taʻlim Tizimiga Xorijiy Investitsiyalar Jalb Qilishning Uslubiy Asoslari

Abstract

Ushbu maqolada oliy ta’lim tizimida xorijiy investitsiyalar samaradorligini baholashningnazariy asoslari, uslubiy yondashuvlari va amaliy mexanizmlari kompleks tahlil qilinadi. TadqiqotOʻzbekistondagi oliy ta’lim muassasalarida xorijiy investitsiyalarning 2020–2025-yillardagi dinamikasi,mintaqaviy taqsimlanishi va makroiqtisodiy ta’sirini oʻrganishga qaratilgan. Natijalar ko‘rsatadiki, 2025-yildaxorijiy investitsiyalar hajmi 342,8 mln AQSH dollarini tashkil etib, oldingi yilga nisbatan 18,4 foizga o‘sgan.Tadqiqotda kapital samaradorligi (ROI), ijtimoiy samara va hududiy rivojlanish mezonlari asosida ishlabchiqilgan integral baholash modeli investitsiya siyosatini takomillashtirishda muhim amaliy ahamiyat kasbetadi.
