Abstract

Mazkur maqolada barqaror rivojlanish konsepsiyalari asosida Toshkent shahridagi turar joy vajamoat binolarining yemirilishiga ta’sir etuvchi asosiy ekologik omillar baholanadi. Tadqiqotda havo ifloslanishi, iqlimsharoitlari, seysmik faollik, gidrogeologik sharoitlar hamda antropogen bosimning bino konstruksiyalariga ta’siritahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, korroziya, betonning karbonatlashuvi, muzlash–erish sikllari, tuzlarning kristallanishiva fasadlarning ifloslanishi natijasida yuzaga keladigan yemirilish jarayonlari o‘rganilib, ularning kompleks ta’sirinibaholash uchun ekologik-texnik xavf indeksi hamda GIS asosidagi xaritalash yondashuvi taklif etiladi. Maqoladabinolarning ekologik barqarorligini oshirishga qaratilgan konstruktiv-texnik, monitoring, shaharsozlik va me’yoriyhuquqiyyondashuvlar ham yoritilgan.
