Коммунальная Инфраструктура И Младенческая Смертность: Эмпирический Анализ По Регионам Узбекистана За 2012–2024 Годы

Abstract

В статье анализируется взаимосвязь между уровнем обеспеченности водоснабжением,газоснабжением и канализацией и показателями младенческой и общей смертности в разрезе 14 регионовУзбекистана за 2012–2024 годы на основе панельных данных (182 наблюдения). Цель работы — оценить вкладкоммунальной инфраструктуры в демографические результаты и выявить регионы повышенного риска. Установлено,что снижение охвата газоснабжением (r = −0,31) является наиболее значимым предиктором роста младенческойсмертности. Наивысший уровень риска зафиксирован в Кашкадарьинской, Андижанской и Самаркандской областях.Одновременно отмечен рост охвата канализацией (+14,1 п.п.) и улучшение жилищных условий (+24,2%), чтосвидетельствует о позитивных сдвигах в отдельных сегментах инфраструктуры. Научная новизна работы заключаетсяв применении длительного панельного ряда для регионального анализа связи коммунальной инфраструктуры издоровья детей в Узбекистане. На основе полученных результатов сформулированы практические рекомендациипо восстановлению газораспределительных сетей
