O‘Zbekistonda Agroinvestitsiyalarni Moliyalashtirish Mexanizmlarini Takomillashtirish Yo‘Llari

Abstract

Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekistonda agroinvestitsiyalarni moliyalashtirishning amaldagimexanizmlari, jumladan, bank kreditlari, davlat subsidiyalari, agrolizing, qishloq xo‘jaligi sug‘urtasi va xalqaromoliya institutlari mablag‘larining o‘rni tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot natijasida agrosohani moliyalashtirish tizimidamavjud masalalar, xususan, bank kreditlari ulushining yuqoriligi, muqobil moliyalashtirish vositalarining to‘liqshakllanmaganligi hamda kichik fermer xo‘jaliklarining moliyaviy resurslardan foydalanish imkoniyatlariyetarlicha keng emasligi aniqlangan. Ushbu masalalarni hal etish bo‘yicha moliyalashtirish manbalarinidiversifikatsiya qilish, agrolizing va sug‘urta tizimini rivojlantirish hamda raqamli moliyaviy texnologiyalarni kengjoriy etish yuzasidan takliflar ishlab chiqilgan.
