Abstract

Maqolada mustaqil turistlar (Free Independent Traveller) oqimini oshirishning ilg‘or xorijiytajribasi tizimli benchmarking usuli orqali o‘rganilgan va undan O‘zbekiston sharoitida foydalanish imkoniyatlaribaholangan. Tahlil uchun davlatlar mexanizm bo‘yicha kuchli jihatlari va O‘zbekistonga moslik darajasi asosidatanlanib, Gruziya, Turkiya, Tailand, Estoniya va Janubiy Koreya tajribasi taklif tomoni, talab tomoni hamdaraqamli platforma o‘lchovlari bo‘yicha qiyoslangan. Taklif tomonida soddalashtirilgan rasmiylashtirish, milliysifat standarti va platformaga integratsiya, talab tomonida esa soliq qaytarish (tax-free), viza yengilliklari varaqamli xizmatlar asosiy dastaklar sifatida ajratilgan.
