Sug‘Urta Faoliyatini Boshqarishda Innovatsion Texnologiyalardan Foydalanish Samaradorligi

Abstract

Ushbu maqolada sug‘urta faoliyatini boshqarishda innovatsion texnologiyalardanfoydalanishning iqtisodiy va tashkiliy samaradorligi tadqiq etilgan. Tadqiqot jarayonida tizimli, qiyosiy vaiqtisodiy-statistik tahlil usullaridan foydalanilib, O‘zbekiston sug‘urta bozorining 2022–2025-yillardagi rivojlanishko‘rsatkichlari baholangan. Tahlil natijalariga ko‘ra, mazkur davrda sug‘urta mukofotlari hajmi 6,23 trln so‘mdan13,46 trln so‘mga, sug‘urtalovchilar investitsiyalari esa 4,75 trln so‘mdan 9,55 trln so‘mga oshgan. Shu bilanbirga, sug‘urta penetratsiyasining 0,73 foiz darajasida qolayotgani bozorning raqamli salohiyatidan yetarlidarajada foydalanilmayotganini ko‘rsatgan. Maqolada elektron polislar, raqamli platformalar, sun’iy intellekt vakatta ma’lumotlar tahlilining anderrayting, sug‘urta da’volarini tartibga solish, operatsion xarajatlarni kamaytirishhamda xizmat ko‘rsatish sifatini oshirishdagi ahamiyati asoslangan. Sug‘urta tashkilotlarida yagona raqamliboshqaruv platformalarini rivojlantirish, samaradorlik ko‘rsatkichlarini joriy etish va kiberxavfsizlik tiziminimustahkamlash bo‘yicha takliflar ishlab chiqilgan.
