Sug‘Urta Kompaniyalarida Investitsiya Portfelini Boshqarish Samaradorligini Oshirish Mexanizmlari

Abstract

Mazkur maqolada sug‘urta kompaniyalarida investitsiya portfelini boshqarish samaradorliginioshirishning nazariy-uslubiy asoslari hamda amaliy mexanizmlari tadqiq etilgan. Tadqiqotning maqsadi sug‘urtatashkilotlari investitsiya faoliyatining samaradorligini oshirishga ta’sir etuvchi omillarni aniqlash va investitsiyaportfelini boshqarishni takomillashtirish bo‘yicha ilmiy-amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqishdan iborat. Tadqiqotjarayonida iqtisodiy-statistik tahlil, qiyosiy tahlil, tizimli yondashuv, diversifikatsiya va risklarni baholash usullaridanfoydalanilgan. Natijalar sug‘urta kompaniyalari investitsiya portfeli tarkibining optimalligi, aktivlarni diversifikatsiyaqilish darajasi, likvidlik va rentabellik o‘rtasidagi muvozanat hamda risklarni boshqarish mexanizmlarininginvestitsiya samaradorligiga sezilarli ta’sir ko‘rsatishini tasdiqladi. Shuningdek, investitsiya qarorlarini qabulqilishda zamonaviy moliyaviy instrumentlardan foydalanish, aktiv va majburiyatlarni muvofiqlashtirish, raqamlitexnologiyalar hamda prognozlash modellari asosida portfel boshqaruvini takomillashtirish zarurligi asoslabberildi. Tadqiqot yakunida sug‘urta kompaniyalarida investitsiya portfelining daromadliligini oshirish, moliyaviybarqarorlikni mustahkamlash va investitsiya risklarini minimallashtirishga qaratilgan amaliy taklif va tavsiyalarishlab chiqildi.
