Tijorat Banklarida Ipoteka Kreditlari Samaradorligini Oshirish Yoʻllari

Abstract

Oʻzbekiston tijorat banklarida ipoteka kreditlash tizimining 2020–2025-yillardagirivojlanish tendensiyalari tahlil qilinib, ipoteka kreditlari samaradorligini oshirishning amaliy yoʻnalishlariasoslab berilgan. Tadqiqot doirasida ajratilgan ipoteka kreditlari hajmi, moliyalashtirish resurslari tarkibidagioʻzgarishlar, oʻrtacha foiz stavkalari, kreditning garov qiymatiga nisbati (LTV), dastlabki badal miqdori hamdakreditlarning muddatidan oldin soʻndirilishi dinamikasi oʻrganilgan. Tadqiqot natijalariga asoslanib, banklarningmoliyalashtirish manbalarini diversifikatsiyalash, ipoteka qimmatli qogʻozlari (RMBS) bozorini rivojlantirish,kreditlash jarayonlarini raqamlashtirish va risklarni boshqarish tizimini takomillashtirish boʻyicha amaliy takliflarishlab chiqilgan.
