Abstract

Ushbu maqolada Toshkent viloyati Bo‘stonliq tumanida turistik zonalarni rivojlantirishdaloyihaviy boshqaruvning tashkiliy-iqtisodiy ahamiyati davlat-xususiy sheriklik mexanizmlari asosida tahlilqilinadi. Tadqiqotda turizm infratuzilmasi, mehmonxona fondi, transport-kommunikatsiya, mavsumiylik,investitsiya jozibadorligi va mahalliy aholi bandligiga ta’sir etuvchi omillar o‘rganildi. Bo‘stonliq tumaniningChorvoq, Chimyon, Beldirsoy, Amirsoy, Nanay va Yangiqo‘rg‘on kabi turistik hududlari loyiha portfeli sifatidabaholanib, ularni yagona master-reja, KPI, risk-menejment va monitoring tizimi orqali boshqarish zaruratiasoslandi. Maqolada PESTEL, SWOT, ko‘p mezonli baholash, qiyosiy-statistik tahlil hamda stsenariyyondashuvi qo‘llanildi. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, davlat infratuzilmani, xususiy sektor esa xizmat sifati vainvestitsiya samaradorligini ta’minlagan sharoitda Bo‘stonliq turistik zonalari yil davomida ishlaydigan, ekologikbarqaror va yuqori qo‘shilgan qiymat yaratadigan hududga aylanishi mumkin. Yakunda turizm loyihalari uchunDXSH modeli, loyiha ofisi, raqamli monitoring va mahalliy biznes integratsiyasiga oid takliflar ishlab chiqildi.Tadqiqotning amaliy ahamiyati shundaki, u hududiy turizm dasturlarini aniq loyiha natijalari bilan bog‘lashgaxizmat qiladi hamda investorlar uchun institutsional ishonchni kuchaytiradi.
