Abstract

Maqolada O‘zbekiston Respublikasida shaxsiy sug‘urta xizmatlari bozorini raqamlitransformatsiya qilishning ustuvor yo‘nalishlari tadqiq etilgan. Sug‘urta faoliyatini raqamlashtirishning iqtisodiymohiyati ochib berilib, sug‘urta mahsulotlarini ishlab chiqish, risklarni baholash, mijozlarni identifikatsiyaqilish, shartnomalarni rasmiylashtirish, sug‘urta hodisalarini tartibga solish va sug‘urta to‘lovlarini amalgaoshirish jarayonlarini kompleks avtomatlashtirish zarurati asoslangan. Tadqiqotda tizimli, qiyosiy va tarkibiytahlil, statistik guruhlash, dinamik qatorlar tahlili, induksiya va deduksiya usullaridan foydalanilgan. Rasmiystatistik ma’lumotlar asosida sug‘urta mukofotlari dinamikasi, hayot, tibbiy va baxtsiz hodisalardan sug‘urtalashsegmentlarining rivojlanishi hamda mamlakatning raqamli infratuzilmasi baholangan. Internet va mobil aloqaqamrovining yuqoriligi raqamli sug‘urta xizmatlarini rivojlantirish uchun zarur texnologik asos yaratishi, biroqsug‘urta qamrovining kengayishi mahsulotlar jozibadorligi, iqtisodiy rag‘batlar va aholining ishonchiga hambog‘liqligi aniqlangan.
