O‘Zbekistonda Agrosug‘Urta Bozorini Rivojlantirishning Iqtisodiy Va Huquqiy Omillari

Abstract

Mazkur maqolada O‘zbekistonda agrosug‘urta bozorini rivojlantirishga ta’sir etuvchi iqtisodiyva huquqiy omillar tadqiq etilgan. Tadqiqot jarayonida tizimli, qiyosiy-huquqiy, iqtisodiy-statistik tahlil va ilmiyumumlashtirish usullaridan foydalanilgan. Qishloq xo‘jaligi ishlab chiqarishining tabiiy-iqlim tavakkalchiliklarigayuqori darajada bog‘liqligi, sug‘urta xizmatlariga talab, davlat subsidiyalari, qayta sug‘urtalash, zararlarnibaholash va raqamli monitoring mexanizmlarining o‘zaro aloqasi tahlil qilingan. O‘zbekiston agrosug‘urtabozorining institutsional-huquqiy asoslari Turkiya, Ispaniya va jahon amaliyoti bilan qiyoslangan. Tadqiqotnatijasida mamlakatda agrosug‘urtani rivojlantirish uchun zarur huquqiy asoslar yaratilgani, biroq sug‘urtaqamrovini kengaytirish, ochiq statistik ma’lumotlar bazasini shakllantirish, tariflarni tavakkalchilik darajasigamuvofiq tabaqalashtirish va qayta sug‘urtalash mexanizmlarini takomillashtirish zarurligi aniqlangan.Agrosug‘urta xizmatlarini raqamlashtirish, indeksga asoslangan sug‘urta mahsulotlarini joriy etish hamdadavlat, banklar va sug‘urta tashkilotlari o‘rtasidagi hamkorlikni kuchaytirish bo‘yicha takliflar ishlab chiqilgan
