Korporativ Barqarorlikni Rivojlantirishda Ekologik Javobgarlikning O‘Rni Va Ahamiyati

Abstract

Hozirgi kunda korporativ barqarorlikni ta’minlash masalasi korxonalar faoliyatinibaholashning muhim mezonlaridan biriga aylanmoqda. Mazkur maqolada korporativ barqarorliknirivojlantirishda ekologik javobgarlikning o‘rni va ahamiyati tadqiq etilgan. Ekologik javobgarlikkorxonalarning atrof-muhitga ko‘rsatadigan ta’sirini nazorat qilish, ekologik xavflarni kamaytirish,manfaatdor tomonlar oldidagi hisobdorlikni ta’minlash hamda korporativ shaffoflikni oshirishning muhimvositasi sifatida baholangan. Tadqiqot davomida xalqaro ilmiy adabiyotlar, ESG hisobotlari va professionaltashkilotlar ma’lumotlari tahlil qilinib, ekologik axborotlarning ishonchliligi, ularni oshkor etish sifati hamdakorporativ boshqaruv tizimidagi o‘rni o‘rganilgan. Tahlillar natijasida ekologik javobgarlikning samaraliyo‘lga qo‘yilishi korxonalarning uzoq muddatli barqaror rivojlanishi, moliyaviy barqarorligi va jamoatchilikishonchini mustahkamlashga xizmat qilishi aniqlangan. Shuningdek, maqolada O‘zbekiston korxonalaridaekologik javobgarlikni kuchaytirish bo‘yicha amaliy takliflar ishlab chiqilgan
