Инновационные Аспекты Развития Низкоуглеродной Энергетики В Экономике Узбекистана

Abstract

В статье исследованы инновационные аспекты развития низкоуглеродной энергетикив экономике Республики Узбекистан. Основное внимание уделено технологической трансформацииэнергетического сектора, расширению солнечной и ветровой генерации, внедрению системнакопления электроэнергии, цифровизации сетевой инфраструктуры, развитию зелёного водорода исовершенствованию механизмов финансирования низкоуглеродных проектов. На основе официальныхстатистических данных, материалов международных финансовых институтов и научных исследованийпроанализированы динамика установленной мощности возобновляемых источников энергии, изменениетехнологической структуры генерации, инвестиционные параметры и институциональные ограниченияэнергетического перехода. Обосновано, что количественное увеличение мощностей возобновляемойэнергетики должно сопровождаться модернизацией электрических сетей, развитием балансирующихмощностей, локализацией производства оборудования и формированием рынка системных услуг.
