Современное Состояние Нефтегазовой Отрасли Республики Узбекистан И Оценка Эффективности Внедрения Инновационных Технологий На Промышленных Предприятиях

Abstract

В статье проведён комплексный анализ современного состояния нефтегазовой отраслиРеспублики Узбекистан в условиях перехода к инновационно-ориентированной модели развития ицифровой трансформации промышленных предприятий. Рассмотрена роль нефтегазового сектора вобеспечении энергетической безопасности страны, систематизированы направления государственнойполитики в сфере реформирования отрасли. На примере ИП ООО «Sanoat Energetika Guruhi» (Saneg)выполнена оценка уровня эффективности использования новых технологий: проанализированадинамика добычи нефти и газа, среднесуточный дебит скважин, уровень потерь, утилизация попутногонефтяного газа, себестоимость и рентабельность добычи. Сформирована система ключевыхпоказателей эффективности, проведён сравнительный анализ параметров до и после внедрениятехнологических и цифровых решений. Показано, что применение цифровых двойников и предиктивнойаналитики обеспечивает рост добычи, снижение потерь и себестоимости, повышая производственнуюэффективность предприятий отрасли
