Abstract

Mazkur maqolada kimyo sanoati korxonalarining ishlab chiqarish jarayoninidiversifikatsiyalash darajasini normallashtirilgan entropiya indeksi asosida kompleks baholashning nazariyuslubiyva amaliy jihatlari tadqiq etilgan. Kimyo sanoatida diversifikatsiya faqat ishlab chiqariladigan mahsulotlarsonini ko‘paytirish bilan cheklanmay, sotuv bozorlari, moliyalashtirish manbalari, mehnat resurslari tarkibi vainnovatsion faoliyat yo‘nalishlarini kengaytirish hamda muvozanatlashtirishni ham qamrab olishi asoslangan.Tadqiqotda terminologik, qiyosiy va omilli tahlil, ekspert baholash, indeks usuli, entropiya yondashuvi, integralbaholash, dinamik qatorlar va tizimli yondashuvlardan foydalanilgan. Normallashtirilgan entropiya indeksiyordamida diversifikatsiya darajasi yo‘nalishlar soni bilan birga, ularning umumiy tarkibdagi ulushlari qanchalikmuvozanatli taqsimlanganini ham hisobga olishi ko‘rsatib berilgan. “Farg‘onaazot” AJning 2021–2025-yillardagibozor, mahsulot, mehnat resurslari, moliyaviy va innovatsion diversifikatsiyasi tahlil qilingan. Natijalarga ko‘ra,innovatsion diversifikatsiya juda yuqori, bozor va mahsulot diversifikatsiyasi yuqori, moliyaviy diversifikatsiyaesa o‘rtacha darajada shakllangan. Besh yo‘nalish bo‘yicha umumiy integral diversifikatsiya indeksi 0,675 nitashkil etib, korxonaning diversifikatsiyalashuv darajasi “yuqori” guruhga mansubligi aniqlangan. Metodikaningstrategik rejalashtirish, risklarni boshqarish, zaif yo‘nalishlarni aniqlash va korxonalararo qiyosiy baholashdagiimkoniyatlari yoritilgan.
