Abstract

Mazkur maqolada yog‘-moy korxonalarining ta’minot zanjirini takomillashtirishda SCOR (Supply ChainOperations Reference) modelidan foydalanishning nazariy va amaliy afzalliklari yoritilgan. Tadqiqotda yog‘-moy tarmog‘iningoziq-ovqat xavfsizligini ta’minlashdagi o‘rni, xomashyo bazasining cheklanganligi, ishlab chiqarish quvvatlaridan to‘liqfoydalanish muammolari hamda logistika jarayonlarini samarali tashkil etish zarurati tahlil qilingan. SCOR modeliningrejalashtirish, ta’minlash, ishlab chiqarish, yetkazib berish va qaytarish bosqichlari yog‘-moy korxonalari faoliyati bilanbog‘liq holda ko‘rib chiqilib, ushbu model orqali zaxiralarni optimallashtirish, xarajatlarni kamaytirish, mahsulot sifatinioshirish, buyurtmalarni o‘z vaqtida bajarish va mijozlar qoniqishini ta’minlash imkoniyatlari asoslab berilgan. Maqoladakeltirilgan tahlillar SCOR modelini joriy etish yog‘-moy korxonalarining raqobatbardoshligini oshirish, ishlab chiqarish valogistika jarayonlarini tizimli boshqarish hamda resurslardan samarali foydalanishda muhim amaliy ahamiyatga ega ekaniniko‘rsatadi.
