Abstract

Dunyodagi vaziyat, global noaniqliklar va tashqi iqtisodiy ta’sirlar sharoitida hududlar iqtisodiybarqarorligini ta’minlash hamda mintaqaviy rivojlanishga moslashuvchan iqtisodiy mexanizmlar va maqsadliqo‘llab-quvvatlash vositalarini ishlab chiqish zarurati ortib bormoqda. O‘zbekistonda amalga oshirilayotganislohotlar sharoitida barqaror iqtisodiy rivojlanish tamoyillarini hududlarda keng ko‘lamda amalga oshirishmamlakat va uning mintaqalari uchun ilmiy-texnologik taraqqiyot sur’atlarini jadallashtirishga asoslanganijtimoiy ishlab chiqarishni tarkibiy va texnologik jihatdan takomillashtirish bilan chambarchas bog‘liq. Xususan,respublikaning muhim hududlaridan biri bo‘lgan Xorazm viloyatining iqtisodiy barqarorligini ta’minlash bo‘yichailmiy tadqiqotlar va amaliy tahlillarni olib borish, ustuvor yo‘nalishlarni belgilash muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi
