Abstract

Mazkur maqolada Oʻzbekistonda avlodlararo transfertlarning nazariy asoslari va iqtisodiymazmuni tadqiq etilgan. Avlodlararo transfertlar moddiy va nomoddiy resurslarning avlodlar oʻrtasidagialmashinuvi sifatida talqin qilinib, ularning iqtisodiy hayot davri konsepsiyasi bilan bogʻliqligi yoritilgan. Xususiy vadavlat transfertlarining uy xoʻjaliklari daromadlari, isteʼmol barqarorligi hamda inson kapitalini shakllantirishdagiahamiyati nazariy jihatdan asoslangan
